Orginally established in 1991 to help the Latino community of Mount Pleasant, the Latino Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) now serves all clientele, regardless of culture, class or language. LEDC's primary focus is on the Mount Pleasant, Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights areas with additional city-wide outreach to Latino markets.
